Naomi Ghandour, D.C., CCSP was born and raised in the Bay Area.

Her passion for chiropractic began over 15 years ago when she herself became a patient – years she considers part of her extensive training.

As a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Dr. Ghandour believes that health doesn’t just come from within, but encompasses every facet of life. When evaluating a patient, Dr. Ghandour looks at the whole picture. Ergonomic evaluations, extremity adjusting (knees, ankles, wrists, shoulders), and orthotic fitting are only a few pieces of her practice.

Dr. Ghandour is associated with local running and cycling groups, fitness centers, and athletes – from novice to professional. She is also a published author, having written articles in the fields of ergonomics and the equestrian sport.

Dr. Ghandour attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, California, and received a B.S. from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She is an avid snowboarder and overall athlete. Watching pro-football is her Sunday favorite!

Michael Pound, D.C.

Michael Pound, D.C., graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. During his education he was involved in chiropractic research and was active in the community outreach program. Over his 4 years in chiropractic school Dr. Pound has developed and mastered a wide variety of adjusting techniques.

As a doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Pound aims to educate patients about safe and effective ways to maintain health, and motivate them to take a more active and responsible role in restoring and maintaining their own health as well as the people around them. He believes it’s important to take a “whole body” approach to health care, which is why he became a chiropractor.

Dr. Pound has participated in community events such as the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, the Black Diamond Invitational Swim Meet, the 42nd International Children’s Olympics Games, Sea Otter Classic and the East Bay Basketball All-Star Invitational just to name a few. He was nominated by his peers to receive the Palmer Fellowship Award.

In addition to his graduate studies, Dr. Pound attended Brigham Young University and Utah Valley University graduating cum laude with an A.S. and B.Sc. degree. He is a Graston Certified Provider. Dr. Pound has also served as an Ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce.

When he is not in the clinic, Dr. Pound enjoys spending time with his wife and three boys. He enjoys biking, basketball as well as a good game of table tennis.

Chester Lindsey

Chester started bodywork as a young lad, massaging his father's aching feet when he'd return from a hard day's work. Chester was pleased with the results: his father would fall into a peaceful, much-needed sleep and awake refreshed in time for supper. Chester always knew he wanted to do healing work, but started in the kitchen, working various jobs as a (self-proclaimed) amazing cook.

Chester then attended and graduated from the National Holistic Institute. His technique combines Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myo-Fascial Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy. Many of In Line’s patients have already experienced Chester’s work as a tissue worker for Dr. Irwin. Though he sometimes refers to his forearms as ‘Steamroller One’ and ‘Steamroller Two,’ he tailors his massage to the patient’s individual needs and is effective with a lighter touch as well.

Chester’s ultimate goal is to own his own massage studio.
