Insurance Information
At In Line Chiropractic we have a variety of options available if you have health insurance. Currently, we are in-network providers with the American Chiropractic Network (CAN), Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and in most cases, Great West Healthcare insurance companies. If you have coverage with another insurance company that is a PPO (e.g.: Health Net, Cigna, Blue Cross, Aetna), you may have out-of-network provider benefits at our office. Unfortunately, we are not part of any managed care networks, so we are unable to accept HMO plans. We do, however, have very reasonable rates and package payment plans available. We are always more than happy to find out the details of your health plan when you call to schedule an appointment. We will call the insurance company for you!!
